My husband and I have now used Joelle to help us both buy and sell our first home and our review of her has only gotten better! On somewhat of a whim we decided the time was right to sell our home due to a growing family and a change in needs. Joelle came out to our house and helped us work out a timeline of what needed to be done and checklists to help us maximize our profits and that information was a game changer. There were not a lot of comparable properties for sale in our area due to the uniqueness of our property and Joelle did a great job researching to find a selling price that would not work as a deterrent but would garner multiple offers. Joelle continued to be diligent in the pursuit of the best offer possible and gave her entire weekend to hold two Open House events for us and answer all of our potential buyers questions. We came home to multiple offers over asking price and were able to take one that far exceeded our expectations. From there the process was so much smoother than I could have ever imagined and the hardest part of selling our home was just saying goodbye to the place we loved as much as we did the day she helped us buy it!
